A brief description of what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Any error message shown by the app is very helpful.
If relevant, you may also include a link to the affected product page, theme name, or an attached screenshot demonstrating the issue.

Plans and billing
SHOPIFY UNIFIED INVOICING
Shopify bills all MCO Size Guide subscriptions ($9.99 USD/month Standard or $19.99 USD/month Large Catalog) directly through your existing Shopify invoice. Both plans include a 14-day free trial and up to 500 size charts, including archived charts. You can view, manage, or cancel your plan at any time through the app's settings in your Shopify admin. For questions regarding a charge, email us with your store's myshopify.com address.
Your data and privacy
APP PRIVACY & RETENTION PRACTICES
MCO Size Guide is engineered with strict merchant and shopper privacy standards. The app does not track, collect, or store any personal data from your store's customers. All merchant configuration data is retained solely to operate your size charts and is automatically deleted within 48 hours if you uninstall the app.
